Cary Heterick and Lucy Banks won the recent funny picture contest at Hampden Meadows School.
BARRINGTON — We wanted to see how funny and creative our school can be. So we had a funny picture contest! We got many great pictures but we could only have one winner.
Our winners are Cary Heterick and Lucy Banks!
To celebrate we decided to interview them.
Q: What made you want to draw your extremely funny drawing?
A: “We were talking about ideas and things we liked and our imagination went wild.”
Q: Is drawing something you like to do in your free time? When?
A: “Yes, we draw during our free time and secretly when we are bored at school.”
Q: What is your favorite part of your drawing?
A: “We like the banana sitting on a swing laying eggs and the worm.”
Q: What do you like about drawing?
A: “You can draw anything you want and it’s fun.”
